Since joining Nea Odos in March 2010 as a dedicated road worker, Alexandros Papatheodoropoulos has exemplified what it means to be a true Highway Hero. Over the past 15 years, he has steadily expanded his skills and responsibilities, becoming an invaluable member of the maintenance team and a shining example of unwavering commitment to road safety.

Starting as a road worker and patrol driver, Alexandros quickly proved his reliability and versatility. He progressed to operating pickup snowplows, ensuring safe passage for thousands of drivers during challenging winter conditions. For the past two years, he has taken on the demanding role of heavy machinery operator, skillfully handling forklifts, cranes, and plowing machines.

He has implemented over 1,500 work zone signalizations and completed more than 2,500 maintenance tasks.
