Armaan Gill
Colorado Student Advocate, SADD (Students Against Destructive Decisions)
Armaan Gill is a recent high school graduate from Colorado and an active member of Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD). SADD is a national student-led organization dedicated to empowering young people to make safe, healthy choices. He served for two years on the National SADD Student Leadership Council, helping to promote youth-led initiatives in traffic safety and wellness. Armaan will begin his studies at the University of Colorado this fall.

Stephanie Manning
Chief Government Affairs Officer, MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving)
Stephanie Manning is the Chief Government Affairs Officer for Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) and has specialized in traffic safety policy for over 25 years. She played a key role in establishing the national .08 BAC standard and has championed legislation mandating advanced drunk driving prevention technology. Manning previously served as a Senior Policy Advisor on the U.S. House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee and has long worked to strengthen victim rights, fund prevention programs, and support high-visibility enforcement. After years of consulting, she rejoined MADD in 2021 to lead its federal advocacy efforts full-time.
